What I Want to Tell You

I feel better in my mind and in my body today than I ever did in my twenties or thirties. Aging isn't something to fear; it's a privilege, and I've truly learned to love the skin I’m in. There are no regrets in my life, only lessons. Every challenge, every break-up, and every setback has just been a stepping stone to finding out who I truly am.

I get to decide what is beautiful when it comes to my body, because that choice is mine and mine alone.
